Precision Nutrition consultation for 10 clients across Chennai, UK, Bangalore and West Bengal. Nutrition built around South Indian cuisine — practical, not prescriptive.

Coaching that
adapts to you,
not the script.

Load adapted to real-day readiness. Programming that references your biology, your schedule, and your actual life — not a fixed template.

  • StrongFirst and Dan John principles — ladders, practice mindset, named formats like Iron Cardio and Armour Building Complex
  • Pelvic floor awareness integrated into all women's programming, not added as an afterthought
  • Load adjusted to how you feel that day — sleep, stress, hormonal cycle — not what the spreadsheet says
  • Nutrition built around South Indian cuisine — dal, rasam, sundal, curd — practical food you already know
  • Referrals to physio, ortho, and gynaecology when the complexity exceeds coaching scope. I know where my role ends.

What changed, in their words.

Not before-and-after photos. What it actually felt like to train with someone who adjusts to the day you are having.

Trained with KP? Your words help the next person decide to start. It takes two minutes, and nothing appears on this page until KP has read it.

8 years as a software engineer · M.Tech IT, IIIT Bangalore. I understand the desk-job body — what sitting does to the hips, the shoulders, the nervous system — and I programme accordingly.

Coaching bodies that don't fit
the standard template.

StrongFirst-based programming adapted for wheelchair sport, post-injury return, and physical constraint — with formal adaptive coaching certification in progress.

StrongFirst-based programming

Ladders, Armour Building Complex, combination lifts — built around grip, core bracing, and shoulder resilience. The exact demands of wheelchair sport.

Core and stability

Anti-rotation, bracing, breath. Deep understanding of intra-abdominal pressure, connection breathing, and the difference between posterior tilt and true core bracing.

Condition-aware programming

Experience modifying load, movement, and progression for injury, age, and physical constraint. Currently pursuing formal Paralympic and adaptive coaching certification.

I bring strong upper body, core, and adaptive programming knowledge to this context. Formal Paralympic and adaptive coaching certification is in progress to ensure my practice meets the full standard this work deserves.

Learn it in a room,
not off a screen.

Small-group sessions on kettlebell skill, breath and pelvic floor, and training through hormonal transitions. Places are limited on purpose — everyone gets seen.

Clear pricing,
no lock-in.

Pick the level of contact you actually want. Every option includes programming built for your body, your schedule and your week — not a template with your name on it.

Payments are handled securely by Razorpay — UPI, cards and netbanking. Remote coaching is priced the same wherever you are. If cost is the only thing in the way, say so and KP will work something out.

Notes on strength, food
and staying in it.

A COLLABORATION · TAKING SHAPE
APOKALYPTO
The veil lifts.

An 8-week programme where movement and psychology meet — for anyone carrying a story that is heavier than it needs to be.

You know who you are supposed to be. You have been performing that version for a long time. Apokalypto is not about becoming someone new. It is about finding out who was already there.

Not a workshop. Not a class. A 3-hour weekly session where you move — run, crawl, plank, act, respond, reflect — guided by improv theatre and grounded in the understanding that the body changes before the mind admits it.

The story you are playing
Every person carries a character — a story about who they are, what they are capable of, what is and isn't for them. It was built long ago. It runs automatically, even when it is wrong.
The body knows first
Real change happens when you feel something, move through it, and can't unfeel it. Most approaches work only from the neck up. That is why they don't last.
The mask as the mirror
Every participant receives a physical mask. This is the central paradox — wearing the mask is what removes the real one. What moves and speaks inside the mask is often closer to the actual person than almost anything in ordinary life.

This is for you if
You feel like you are performing a version of yourself
You know something needs to shift but thinking about it hasn't worked
You want to understand yourself through the body, not around it
You are in transition — and you don't yet know to what
Krishnapriya Satagopan (KP)
Strength Coach · Movement Practitioner
KP spent years in tech before the body became her primary teacher. A Black Belt in Karate earned post-partum, 13 half marathons, and years of coaching across every age and condition — she brings to Apokalypto a deep understanding that the body is not the obstacle. It is the way in.
Prasanna Jagannathan
Leadership Coach · Psychology and Human Systems
Prasanna works at the intersection of psychology, identity, and change. Deeply trained in how people form and carry their stories, he brings to Apokalypto the understanding that the gap between who we are and who we perform is not a flaw — it is a starting point.
